Akio walked with her to the boarding area and they were soon seated. It was a beautiful day outside for traveling and he couldn't wait to show her the sights.

Mizu watched out the window for a while, but was tired and soon fell asleep on Akio's shoulder.

"Wow it's beautiful here!" Akio exclaimed as he laid their futons out on the floor. He had them lodged somewhere in a scenic area of Japan.

"What do you think, Mizu?"

Mizu stared eyes wide, a huge smile on her face. "It's not anything like I imagined! It's amazing! It's even more amazing than the pictures Grandma showed me!" She ran and wrapped her arms around him excitedly jumping up and down. "Thank you! I can't wait to go look around, this is just amazing!!!"

"There's a spring out back if you want to go relax there later. I'm going to get the rest of our stuff unpacked and I want you to enjoy yourself." He gave her a loving kiss on her forehead.

"Akio a real hot spring?!" She asked excitedly. "LIKE A REALLY REAL ONE?!"

"Yeah! I'd say it's perfect for you too, seeing as how you'll feel comfortable if you just need to relax a bit." He kissed her again, "Go look, through that back door." He pointed out.

"Don't run!" Akio called after her. He shook his head and sat down on the floor to work on unpacking some more stuff.

Mizu didn't hear him, and rushed to get ready for her first hot spring bath!

Days passed easy. They went and explored lots of places, looked at trees that were popular there and enjoyed authentic Japanese cooking.

Akio loved it so much and he hoped Mizu was too.

Mizu was having the time of her life. She was spending time with Akio and learning about her father's home at the same time.

"I thought it would be a good idea to look at the hospital here unless you want to do it at home..." Akio sad as they drove down the street. It was about eight in the morning when they left the house to do some things around the city.

"I have no objections! It should be fun! I'll be it's no different from the ones back home in the end!" She laughed. "Grandma probably just likes to complain."

"Fun?" Akio asked as he took a left, "Well either way, we're checking out the setup here because I want you to be as comfortable as possible." In a way he was glad she was positive about things. It meant a lot to him but he still felt really protective.

Mizu laughed. "Yes fun! Everything is fun today!" She smiled at him. "I don't really care about being comfortable. I just want the baby to be born right on time and safe."

Akio couldn't help but smile at her. Everything about her was amazing and he loved her to no end. He rubbed her arm and glanced at her warmly, "Well it means something to me that you and the baby are both in good condition. Don't forget that."

"YEP! I won't forget." She hugged her stomach. "Be safe little guy." She said to her stomach, she had gotten into the habit of talking to the baby even though he or she wasn't born yet.

"Happy trails." Akio agreed, "Are we going to just think up a name randomly when the baby comes or before that?"

"To be honest, none that come to mind." Akio parked and got out of the car and went around to Mizu's side to open the door for her.

She giggled and got out, kissing him. "Thanks, what a gentleman you are." She said teasingly.

He kissed her back instantly and then led her into the building. He only hoped things wouldn't go wrong or else they'd be changing plans. This hospital didn't look very new but it looked well taken care of.

After exploring it Akio looked uncertain, "I'm concerned on a few levels." He said as they got to the car. He was going to take her out to lunch.

"Hmm really? I didn't think it looked too bad." She said fiddling with the air conditioner. She felt kind of hot for some reason.

"No it wasn't but some of the nurses were just mean and the doctor... that guy acted like I was going to kill you." Akio was not a happy camper.
