"Be old fashioned, take her to Zeph's!" I said with a grin, that was my favorite, it was actually a family favorite though. Everyone loved Zeph's.

"Okay then, I'll do that!" I grinned. "Zeph's is always yummy!" I looked at him and smiled before giving him a great big hug. "Thanks, Ian. You're really the best brother in the world."

"I'm glad I can really be here for you, I'm sorry we lost each other..." I sighed tiredly and rubbed my eyes again, "Are you feeling any better? Is there anything I can do?"

"I'm feeling a lot better... and you can take me on a brother/sister date. We haven't done that in a while and I really miss it." Actually, I missed dates period, but one with Ian would hold me over until Zack had a chance to take me. He was always busy with school, and when it wasn't school, it was work, and if it wasn't school or work... it was sleep! Poor guy. :\

I smiled warmly, "Give me ten minutes to change and put groceries away and then we'll go." I got up and ran into the house, Andy was still asleep and I stopped by to give her belly a kiss and then her forehead before putting things away and changing into something dry. I left her a note and then ran back out the door.

"Alright, let's go!'

"R-Really? Now?" I looked down at the rather normal clothes I was wearing and smiled. "Okay, so where are you taking me?" I asked, getting excited.

"A place with yummy food." I said with a grin, I'd take her to Zeph's, they had some new things on the menu I wanted her and I to taste test. That was our thing. <3

"Ohhh... yummy food is always good!" I grinned and grabbed his arm. It felt like we were becoming best friends again, or rekindling a friendship that had been put on hold for far too long. "Tonight is gonna be a good night."

"Yeah, it is!" I got in the car with her and turned on my phone, I was always making sure that Andy wasn't going to call while I was out, my worst fear was her calling me and saying she was going into labor... of course the good thing was that she was home and everything was ready should anything come up.

I tried to let the thoughts leave my mind so I could focus on my sister.

So we drove to Zeph's and we got a table.

"I can't believe you took me to Zeph's!" I giggled. "Oh, the nostalgia! Thank you, Ian. You're the best."

"You're welcome!" I laid my phone on the table next to my drinking glass and turned it down to vibrate, smiling excitedly about being out with my sister, we hadn't done this in so long.

"I know, it brings back amazing memories. This was the first place Mom and Dad ever brought us to eat."

"I remember shoving my mashed potatoes in your face because you wanted to try them and I wanted to help you try them!" I giggled.

"Oh yeah! Our whole chin and mouth area would be covered in mint green... sticky stuff!!" I laughed. And we'd make faces in the mirror when Mom would take us to the bathroom to clean us up! Remember that lady that glared at us the one time when we did that? I think I remember you tossing water at her and she got upset..."

"Mom said we were such good children but I don't think so, I think she missed something with us because I remember being a bit of a brat..." I smirked, "And I thought I was doing a good thing when I drew on her belly... I really thought Elijah would come out with pictures all over him."

I shrugged. "We all do stupid stuff. I mean, I took Zack to see a ton of fish when I was first getting to know him. And I took a fish in a jar to meet him when he was beat up. Ha, I actually thought it would cheer him up!" I smiled despite myself. "And I took a fish to his school with me and got ridiculed and wondered why..." I shook my head. "I was so innocent and my life revolved around aquatic creatures. It's amazing Zack wanted to date me."

"Hey now, Zack is a really simple guy and you made him amazing, if it weren't for you in fact he could have been... I honestly don't want to say where he might be right now..." I knew for a fact that with the beating I witnessed he would not be here. We saved his life. "I want you two to start really getting deep into marriage talk though, talk about your futures, what you really want and where you want to be, that will make it a whole lot easier to accept the changes."

I nodded. "I don't know how to talk about that stuff though... it's weird and I'm afraid he'll think I'm rushing him." I frowned. "Yeah, I think it's better if I don't say anything and I just wait until he does. That way I don't upset him. He's got a lot on his plate with juggling school and work!"

"I know he does... but in all reality, and this is from me talking to him, he really wants to talk to you. His greatest fear is spoiling his plans for you and the surprise, you don't want to know." I gave her a reassuring smile, "Stray away from wedding planning topics and talk about things like... where you would like to get married, ideas for where you want to live, how many children you may want to have... things like that. He's fine with those things."

I frowned. That would be really hard when all that stuff came after a wedding. "Well... I'll think about it." I sighed tugged at my hair some. "I guess I'll try if it comes up in conversation, but we haven't spoken much lately. I'm probably stupid for thinking this, but it feels like I get in the way sometimes. Tell me how to spend time with him and not distract him from homework or keep him from resting! I don't want him to lose sleep! That's really valuable." I frowned. "Would he be upset if I visited him at work do you think? I've never asked so I'm not sure."

I raised my brows at her questions and leaned forward just as our food arrived. "Well if it were me, I'd love to be visited at work... Andy can't do that anymore and I really miss it, but I'd smile if she came in and talked to me and then we could talk about the baby... but that's me. A-Anyway, sometimes just sitting by him and not talking is the best way to spend time when he's studying or resting."

"Oh..." I scrunched up my nose, deep in thought. "MKaybe I should bring Mario with me when I do that then, because I have trouble keeping my mouth shut. You know that... you always had to cover my mouth to shut me up."

"I know, I'm just saying that he may like your company more than you think... cherish every quiet second you have with him because I am going to miss that... in a couple weeks I'll have a newborn baby on my hands and Andy and I will be busy, busy, busy." I sighed tiredly, "Every time she says my name I freak out..."

I wondered if she'd noticed the dark circles under my eyes, sleep was hard to get.
