"I feel bad for putting her on a diet but I thought she'd want to get skinny fairly quickly again after the baby is born so that's what the diet was..." I shrugged, "She'll thank me later."

I nodded in agreement. "She will... maybe my wife won't be as hoggy. I mean, I love Andy, but she tried to bribe me one time while you were in the bathroom for two extra slices..."

I sighed. "Jeez, Ian. I'm not stupid... though I did get slapped for not agreeing to it." I yawned. "She's mean when she wants food and can't get it..."

"I'm sorry." I frowned, I didn't want Andy slapping people but I knew she didn't really mean that. Besides, she'd be happier once she realizes how wonderful this diet really is.

I shrugged. "I know she doesn't mean it. She's sweet otherwise!" I grinned at him and Katie came back in.

"Hey!" I called, pretending a little like the conversation really never happened, I was going to ponder whether or not Katie was really the demanding type or not. "Did you get sick?"

Keely looked at me, "A little..." She sat down on the couch next to the window and then flopped onto her side.

Katie poked Ian and smiled. "I think it's time to let someone else in..." And thus she dragged him out.

Next to enter is Andy and Amanda. As soon as the door shut-

"OH MAN. THAT MAN IS GOING TO STRESS ME OUT SO MUCH I MIGHT ACTUALLY END UP IN LABOR!" D<

"Eli, her phone beeped like a million times in the last ten minutes!" I said and then got up out of my chair to go hug him gently, I spotted Keely asleep on the couch. "Hey, hero!"

"I'm visiting you!" I said as I sat on the bed next to him and then glanced at Andy who was beginning to look a little bit annoyed. I laughed softly and kicked back.

"Maybe you should just remind him that your pregnancy has been extremely healthy this whole time and that there is no chance you will go into labor for a bit still. I mean... you have what? Three weeks?"

"Yes!! Three!" D< And immediately, she began texting him.

I laughed a little and took Amanda's hand. "So how does it feel to be back in a hospital and not be the patient?" I grinned.

I laughed too and then looked back at Eli, "It feels kind of weird, I hate hospitals now..." I leaned against his chest a little and hugged him some more, he was my brother. <333 I loved him.

"I'm thinking I hate them too. Oh, will you two take Keely to get something to eat soon? We were headed back to get my wallet for some food when everything happened. She needs to eat."

"Sure!" I exclaimed eagerly, more for Andy and Keely's sake than my own, I'd not been eating again but no one really knew that, I was the queen of pretending. Then it hit me.

"WAIT. You were going to pay for food?! Were you two on a date?!"

I sighed and Andy gasped loudly. "Oh do tell!!! Have you two kissed yet?! Aww!!!" <3

"Ask Keely if you want any information on that. I'm not at liberty to say."

Andy frowned. "You told Ian. I know you told Ian. You tell Ian everything!" >|

"Ian won't say a word to you. If you want to know, ask Keely. And please get her some food... and a new shirt and pants. Her jeans are still bloody." I frowned.

I decided not to ask about the whole thing, especially to Keely because I assumed the shock of watching someone get stabbed and then maybe having to stop the bleeding would be traumatizing.

"We'll get her some food but she is sleeping right now... are you sure we should wake her up? She might have a panic attack."

I shrugged. "Don't you think she needs to get out of here so she can stop thinking about all this? I'm having trouble blocking my memory when I look around and am surrounded by beeping monitors. I hate this." >.<

I'd just lived through the most traumatic event of my life and I really just wanted to lay down and relax, but all this company prevented that. I wanted to see everyone, but I also wanted to get it over with quickly so I could sleep through everything and wake up and get to go home.

"Right." I got up and flopped into my chair, wheeling around and shaking Keely awake.

*Keely*

Someone was touching me, pushing me a little and saying my name. My eyes opened and as soon as they did my heart began to race and I felt tears, why was I crying?

"Hey sleepyhead... we're going to take you to get some new clothes and eat okay?" Amanda whispered.

I nodded numbly and stood up, wishing I could walk without feeling like my whole body was completely numb. This obviously meant I was leaving Eli.

I watched her and smiled warmly. "Hey, bring me something good back, please? I hear hospital food is bad." I couldn't act upset or distressed around her, or it would affect her even worse.
