I didn't end up answering his last text message, I flopped over and fell asleep almost instantly which could even be classified as passing out. I dropped my phone on the floor when that happened and just laid there.

I got home and hummed happily to myself, setting things on the kitchen counter. I continued my little song and then stared into the livingroom. Rhema was laying there with her arm hanging off the couch, and a phone below her hand. "R-Rhema?"

I woke up as soon as I heard my name, in all reality I wasn't a very deep sleeper so it was easy to wake me up if anything happened. I sat up and looked over to see that Kyle was there.

"Oh... hello." I smiled sleepily.

"Oh man... you scared me!" I said, breathing a sigh of relief. I brought yummies for you!" I ran into the kitchen and came back with a 2L sprite and nilla wafers. "Good for an upset stomach!"

"Oh... thank you." I was so glad to see him while I was actually awake and he was actually awake and it was early too! Maybe this could even be considered a blessing. I took the wafers and began to nibble on them and sip at my sprite.

"I never get sick... and don't even bring up the heart defect, I'm talking about just general... illness. I never get sick like this."

"Well, maybe this shows that you're normal?" I grinned. "Well, other than being exceptionally beautiful.... you're normal!"

"Very fun-" I stopped and within a split second I had flown off the couch and was in the bathroom within the blink of an eye. I didn't even have time to close the door.

And even after that I didn't feel any better, and then I had heart burn on top of it. I walked out curled over my stomach and moaning, I felt at my worst.

"This... stinks."

I had gotten a cool, wet cloth for her while she was in the bathroom. "Aw, sweetie..." I pulled her up close to me for comfort and placed the cloth on her head. "I'm sorry that you feel so bad."

I wanted to cry and I think I did but I was too tired to really remember. I leaned against his chest and took in how good that cloth felt on my head.

"I'll feel better soon..." I said with a sigh and then reached for a wafer and held it up to him.

I opened my mouth and grabbed it with my teeth, then kissed her fingers. "You will. Then you'll be my sweet little happy porcelain doll again!"

I got a wafer for myself and just let it sit in my mouth for a minute, "Mm... I'm craving pickles right now..." I sighed, "Ahh... I need pickles." I moved a little and pressed my face into his chest. "My stomach hurts though, I don't want to eat anything but it sounds so good..."

"And pickles would be the worst for that..." I kissed the top of her head and pulled her closer. "Jus lay with me for a while and let's hope your stomach settles."

Unfortunately it didn't settle all night and I was in and out of bed and in and out of the bathroom. I ended up falling asleep on the bathroom floor. I felt horrible.

I had to force myself to go to school on Tuesday, I skipped Monday because I could barely get out of bed. I took a hot shower and then started to get dressed.

"No way!" I sighed irritably. My jeans refused to even zip up let alone button! Had I put on weight? Sitting at home feeling fatigued and nauseous was bad enough... of course the day before I'd done nothing but snack on ice cream... dang it.

"Something wrong?" I asked, peeking my head through the door. "I made french toast. The sugar is good for settling your stomach!"

I loved the idea of french toast but at the moment I was worried about gaining weight. It would mean having to go out and size up my jeans and tee shirts. T-T I didn't have the money for that.

"Sounds good... Kyle, do I look.... fat?" I asked, glancing towards him, "I mean not... bad fat, it's just... I think I put on some weight."

"Hmmm..." I circled her a few timed and lifted her shirt to see her belly. Then I walked around behind her again. "I think..." I suddenly grabbed her and began kissing all up and down her neck. "That you're the most beautiful woman in the world!!"

I giggled and laughed loudly because it tickled a little bit when he kissed me there. I was soon feeling better but I had to find something comfortable to wear to school.

I eventually settled on some sweat pants, they looked comfortable and pretty, with a sweatshirt. It was going to be cold anyway and what ever... I sighed.

I looked lazy. T-T

"So, my gorgeous woman... are you going to eat my wonderful French toast?" I grinned happily and held up a plate, trying to entice her. "Yum yum!"

"Sure." I laughed a little and then we went to sit down to eat. I had a lot on my mind as I sat there to eat and it was probably the quietest I'd been in a long time.

"Thank you, love." I always felt better when he said those things. With hearing that I tried to take my mind off of it and continued to enjoy my french toast. After I finished I went to change into a different shirt because it already felt too warm for what I was wearing.

The shirt was almost trim fitting but at the same time it was tighter than it had been before. I shrugged it off and picked up my backpack, which contained my laptop for school.

"I gotta go, Kyle." I sighed and kissed him.

I wrapped my arms around her and drug the kiss out even longer. "Bye, my dear sweet love. Have a very good day." I kissed her again and hugged her.

"Bye, I will and you too!" I gave him one more kiss and one more hug as well before heading out the door.

It didn't take long for me to arrive at campus, we lived in an apartment that was maybe a block or two away from the school so it was within walking - or riding distance. I'd recently taken to riding my bike around. I walked down the halls towards my department.

I stopped in my tracks when Kimberly ran up to me, she was always so random and funny, she was my new best friend really and I enjoyed hanging out with her when I wasn't spending time with Kyle.

"What happened to you today?" I asked, looking down for a second to look at my wedding ring, I did that when I was just standing around but then I looked back at her to let her know I was paying attention.
