"Oh, they'll be involved. He'll spend a lot of time with them and he'll probably visit more than we can imagine."

I kissed him. "Good. I want them to know him really well!" I was finished crying now. He could always cheer me up. It never failed! "But they'll already have the most amazing father... so they might not want to spend time with anyone else!"

"We'll see about it." I played with her hair, brushing my fingers through it to get the dirt and leaves out, "Will you marry me?" I asked, "It doesn't have to be known to anyone..."

"As many times as I can." I said with a nod. "I want to marry only you... so I guess that's a yes." I said, smiling warmly.

"I'm sorry... it's been such a long day." I ended up falling asleep after that and was woken up to water being splashed on my face.

I squealed and scrambled away, off of Zephyr. I was drenched! T-T I wiped the water away from my eyes to see the the men laughing at us. OnO

"HEY!" I snapped, taking Lora into my arms.

"Get up, we 'ave a long trip still!" I stood up and carried her on my back so she could rest some more. I was used to walking, she wasn't.

I held onto him tight and felt bad that he didn't get as much rest as I did. "I'm sorry that you have to do this... I'll make you more chocolate cupcakes when we get back." I said softly.

"I'd rather do this than watch you struggle walking..." I smiled, "It's fine, you aren't heavy." I continued to walk ahead of the men, I didn't try to escape because I had no idea what kinds of weapons they had. I hoped we could just make them bored.

I rested my head on his shoulder and sighed. "Really? I always thought I'd be pretty heavy..."

"Not at all." I replied and then put her down for a second so I could remove my breastplate. THAT was heavy, I took that off and my shoulder pads too. Then I pulled her back up, under all of that I was thinner than I looked. "There, comfortable?"

"Mhm... you're a lot thinner than I thought you'd be." I commented. "But in a good way!" I felt closer to him like this. When he didn't have his armor on, I felt like I could really touch him and hug him the way I needed to.

I still had my shinguards on and my sword belt still wrapped around my hips, just the things that weren't in the way. "Just rest some more, you're safe with me."

I rested my head on his shoulder again and smiled. I was happy with him no matter what. "I know I am. You'll always keep me safe." I said, yawning loudly.

I wanted to say 'I try my best' but I didn't want to say that. I'd failed her a few times already on this trip.

I kissed his neck a few times from where I was and reached up to rub his head. His hair was as soft as his ears! 8O

"I'll try and keep ypu happy while your walk then." I said with a happy smile. "I'll give you kisses and play with your hair. You can't tell me you don't like it... because I know you do."

"I like it when it's you." I replied, the men stared at us as if they were disgusted, being loveydovey in front of them seemed to be bugging them. We could easily do more of that.

I giggled and ran my fingers through his hair. "Really? Well I guess I can take that as a compliment!" I said happily. "I normally don't like to be carried... but it's different when it's you. So weird..."

I gasped. "No way!!" I laughed, and kissed his cheek after trying so hard to reach it. "I never would have guessed!!"

"Yes, it's a serious matter, you have to kiss me before midnight or I will die of sadness." I frowned and tried not to laugh.

I gasped. "Oh no! Let me down and I'll kiss you right now!" I wiggled a bit and tugged gently at his hair. "I can't let you die like that! I'll save you!"
