I nearly died. And not in a good way either. I know, I know, I brought it up... but that didn't mean I liked the thought. I just wanted to know everything before her first boyfriend.

I smiled back at her. "That's wonderful!" I replied with fake enthusiasm. Good thing she couldn't tell.

But... she was happy. That's why the smile was real.
