And we'd probably find out that sooner than we expected. I got into the routines of being a king, a lot of work went into it and making sure people were getting help where they needed it and that the guards were all paid. >_< This was harder than I thought but I LOVED it.

I held my stomach tight as I walked down the castle halls, my dear sweet guard holding a bucket for me. I'd been sick all morning. "No, Joseph! I'm not going to lay in bed all day!"

"Lora! I finally found you!" I called, she was walking with her guard and he was holding a bucket... she was sick again. I sighed and walked up to her, "Should I send for the doctor?" I asked.

Her rubbing it off as nothing bugged me, I didn't want to lose her. "Busy, but I'm not busy now so I can carry the bucket." I took it from Joseph and walked next to Lora. "You're so pale..."

"My Lady!" Joseph stammered. "I've told you this multiple times now! She's also running a fever, My Lord."

"I don't you remember you telling me that."

"Because you're sick! I've been telling you that you need to go to the doctor!"

"You're annoying..."

I stopped her and held my hands to her cheeks and forehead, "Joseph, get a doctor right away!" I said and picked her up, "We're going back to the room, does anything hurt?"

I laid her in bed and then went and got a cool wet cloth, laying it on her forehead and taking her shoes off her feet, "Are you sure? You felt so warm, even carrying you..." I was getting really scared. After losing family I couldn't stand the idea of losing her.

I shrugged. "I actually feel kinda cold. Can I have a blanket?" I asked softly. "Pretty please?"

"EH." I ran over and picked up a blanket and laid it over her and then sat there pondering what might be wrong, "Okay... anything else?"

I shook my head. "The nausea's not so bad now..." I took his hand and smiled. "Don't worry so much. I'm fine. I promise."

I got on my knees next to the bed and kissed her hand before reaching up and smoothing her hair back, "You're still really warm though, running around isn't going to make it better." I rubbed the back of her hand with my thumb gently, "I hate seeing you sick, I feel like I have to work so much harder to protect you... harder than I normally feel like I have to."

I smiled warmly up at him. "You're so wonderful. I love you more than anyone!"

The door flew open and the royal physician ran in and to the other side of our bed. "My Lady!" He put his hand to my forehead. "A fever... and she's been sick all morning?"

"For a while now actually, it comes and goes." I sat at the edge of the bed facing her and held her hands, I was really concerned about her this while time and finally maybe we could find out what was wrong.

I frowned and he asked me about some other things before smiling finally.

"Well then, I guess it's not as serious as I thought! Man!"

"Huh..?"

"How is it not serious?" My ears perked up a little bit and I thought I felt my hair standing on end, I was really happy but confused.

"She's pregnant! Not sick!" He said, grinning widely.

"Wh-What?!" I exclaimed loudly. "No way!!!"
