Now I was a bit suspicious. Ian was really protective of Katie and if he couldn't be somewhere with her well... that could be why but I was curious now.

"What friend?"

"Her name's Holly!" I smiled sweetly. "I made her mad when we were little and we weren't friends for a long time but now I really thinks she wants to be friends again! She invited me to go to the mall with her on Saturday! I really thinks she's changed! She was really nice!"

Sandy stopped playing abruptly and I just kind of stared before blinking myself out of that daze. "Oh." Now I knew why Ian wanted this and how could I say no to that?!

"Sure, I'll come along!" I grinned, "It'll be cool!"

"Oh really?! Thank you so much!! It'll be a lot of fun! She wants to meet us at two... but if we get there early you can see my fish! Or do you think she'd want to see them too? She doesn't seem like an animal person to me..."

"Oh heck no, she's not!" Sandy snapped, "She hates anything that moves..."

I glared at her, "We'll go at noon and see your fish." I said with a smile, "It'll be a lot of fun!"

"Yeah?" I grinned. "C-Cool! Oh and uh... y-you're really good by the way!" I said, pointing to his saxophone. "I can only play the piano..."

"Piano is pretty good though, that's awesome! And thanks." I tapped the keys on it a little and smiled, "It's been with me for... years. I can't count."

"He's married to it." Sandy said.

"I can't hear youuu." Sandy replied in her 'whatever' kind of voice. She made me mad sometimes.

I giggled even harder! "But it's cute!!" I laughed, dropping my books because I was laughing so hard. "The saxophone is sad now! She doesn't have a name!"

I sighed, "Well I wouldn't call it Foxy anyway..." I couldn't believe that we were even having this conversation.

"Jesse? Jordan? Amanda? Katherine?" I watched him take the sax apart and it really impressed me. He handled every piece of it with care! O:

"Katherine is getting pretty close." I admitted as I put the last piece in its case. I closed it up and clicked the case shut.
